There is nothing specific to be liked here, only thing is there is no too much pressure for taking class or producing results.

Dislikes

Working in this college, all we find is terrible work life balance, no compensation, no PF and other allowances. We are forced to work on all government general holidays and some sundays too. Skill development is worse. No hike or perks and benefits and not even CL is available here.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
