Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Jay group is good,but it is not of any use for employees as not proper grade system. Management is so much poor that .takes lot of time to take dicission. Selfish nature of managers. Traveling facilities not good. Canteen good. Unskilled employee staff. 3 Month notice period. Hr use to irritate the employee unnecessarily.
