Additionally, adapting to rapidly changing regulations requires ongoing adjustments, which can be demanding.

Jay group is good,but it is not of any use for employees as not proper grade system. Management is so much poor that .takes lot of time to take dicission. Selfish nature of managers. Traveling facilities not good. Canteen good. Unskilled employee staff. 3 Month notice period. Hr use to irritate the employee unnecessarily.
