Overall the company is good to work for. Make sure you are hired at your desired package else you'll just have to wait for the year end for appraisal. Which would not be much.

KonKem Industries Pvt Ltd is a group company of Jay which has recently been demerged and it is in it's growing stage. Initially working here would be a bit tough if you aren't trained properly. Training received in procurement was partially done by the teammates.

Jay group is good,but it is not of any use for employees as not proper grade system. Management is so much poor that .takes lot of time to take dicission. Selfish nature of managers. Traveling facilities not good. Canteen good. Unskilled employee staff. 3 Month notice period. Hr use to irritate the employee unnecessarily.
