I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. One the director is really growth oriented and keen to align the company.

Dislikes

A lot of improvement required on how to treat people. No system in place. No acceptance of new ideas and innovation. Considering multitasking as a key. No hierarchy. Too much of controlled atmosphere. No set goals and employee connect with brand.
