Salary is good for beginners If money and only money is your priority then join here Promotion is unbiased if your number are in place

Everything else is bad Work culture is school like Break timings are fixed You have to be on time or your salary is cut [For every 3 late marks your 1 day salary is cut] Managers take away your break time Although you have to be there at 10am but out timings are purely Manager discretion. They conduct some extra Activities but that's only name sake to show they are cool on social media I remember they made us play housie on new year which appeared more like a formality They'll make you work on Sundays if required without even giving compensatory off You have to wear formals but girls escape wearing anything while boys are scolded for the same The managers cry to give you the leaves you deserve as paid time off Even the 2 Monday offs are snatched away on maangers discretion Although you complete the targets IF YOU ARE CRAZY or in DIRE NEED OF MONEY AND YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A LIFE, YOU CAN JOIN THIS COMPANY!!...Read More
