I have been working here for the past 6 months, and i liked the overall comapany's work culture. For interns, jaro is a great company to start a new career where you get to learn about edtech companies an dthe counselling process. Moreover, the team is great.

The time slot for the work isn't fixed . Moreover, there is enough pressure sometimes.

The only thing to like about this company about the job role is the remuneration given. Other than that there's nothing to like about.

Once you enter in jaro you have to forget you have a life outside. All you do and think about is working and achieving your sales target because that is the kind of pressure one experiences in the company. The only things that's considered is your numbers the amount of effort and everything put in doesn't matter at all. The company works on a hire and fire basis. In my tenure of 45 days or so i have seen almost 15 people walkout of the system. They lure you with the fancy benefits like international trips, crazy monetary benefits but at the cost of your mental health. I do understand that sales is a pressure facing job but this is something which is completely unacceptable. Harsh words are used if you are not performing. If you don't give them numbers you will be terminated without any prior notice or any warning. No exit meetings done nothing. I'll walk you through your day at jaro.. you come in at 10 am sharp 5 mins late and you'll have a late mark, start calling 250 dials, 80 connected calls, 2.5 hours of talktime this is your job. And remove sales from this kra. They sell education here, even if you complete your kra everyday it gives no assurance that you will be able to do a sale. I joined Jaro eduation 4 Years ago an at present, I am holding the position of senior manager. There is a lot to learn here and growth. At Jaro, the management ensures there is enough scope for growth and open communication. Good packages, employee benifits, and regular training make this place worth. i am thankfulto my teammates and my employers for their support .

It is great to work with a team . When i joined 2 years back , initially , my experience wasn't that great due to the fast-paced work culture. There is so much to learn here that will help me to be cinfident in my career

Worst organisation I have ever seen, they have soo many policies just for the name sake in a written format rest in reality they have their personal grudges with everyone. Even if a person is resigning on their own still they make that person sit for the whole day idle, no work nothing even they can make that work done in an hour still coz of their soo high ego how can a person resign and that's the reason they make that person soo tired, restless, and bored and uncomfortable.. even the work culture is shitttttt I would always recommend everyone to never join the organisation never ever.
