I was associated with Jaro for the 2 years and had a great learning experience. Moreover, the Employee assistance program further helped us with promoting mental well-being. It was great experience working here.

Jaro Education is a prime example of how nepotism and poor leadership can destroy a company. Leadership positions are handed out based on personal connections rather than qualifications. A clear example is Priya Rathod, who holds a senior management role not because of merit but because of her marriage to the VP. Employees are expected to respect leadership, but how can they when those in power lack the necessary skills to lead? Instead of empowering the workforce, management enforces a dictatorship-style rule, making employees’ lives miserable. To make matters worse, the company is facing financial struggles, yet they have irresponsibly launched an IPO while mass hiring. Now, they are resorting to unfair tactics to cut costs, marking employees LOP (Loss of Pay) for petty reasons. This is nothing but a blatant attempt to withhold hard-earned salaries from employees who are already overworked and undervalued.
