The only thing to like about this company about the job role is the remuneration given. Other than that there's nothing to like about.

Once you enter in jaro you have to forget you have a life outside. All you do and think about is working and achieving your sales target because that is the kind of pressure one experiences in the company. The only things that's considered is your numbers the amount of effort and everything put in doesn't matter at all. The company works on a hire and fire basis. In my tenure of 45 days or so i have seen almost 15 people walkout of the system. They lure you with the fancy benefits like international trips, crazy monetary benefits but at the cost of your mental health. I do understand that sales is a pressure facing job but this is something which is completely unacceptable. Harsh words are used if you are not performing. If you don't give them numbers you will be terminated without any prior notice or any warning. No exit meetings done nothing. I'll walk you through your day at jaro.. you come in at 10 am sharp 5 mins late and you'll have a late mark, start calling 250 dials, 80 connected calls, 2.5 hours of talktime this is your job. And remove sales from this kra. They sell education here, even if you complete your kra everyday it gives no assurance that you will be able to do a sale. Worst organisation I have ever seen, they have soo many policies just for the name sake in a written format rest in reality they have their personal grudges with everyone. Even if a person is resigning on their own still they make that person sit for the whole day idle, no work nothing even they can make that work done in an hour still coz of their soo high ego how can a person resign and that's the reason they make that person soo tired, restless, and bored and uncomfortable.. even the work culture is shitttttt I would always recommend everyone to never join the organisation never ever. Timely salary is the only advantage along with certain people who believe in helping you out. Not everyone helps. If you are lucky enough to get some senior who teaches u work then probably you can survive

No work life balance at all. They make you slog till 9-9:30 every day. Won't give you your paid leaves also. They call u after working hrs also and expect you to be active round the clock. You won't find peace for sure

I Have worked as a sales a manager with Jaro education for the past 1 year, and until now I have had no issues from co-workers and the management. There is good growth and the higher manager is helpful. Moreover, HR offers good scope to learn for new joinee. I handle a team a team 3 people. Last year, I was awarded as the best sales manager.
