JLT as a company is good for fresh graduates who are looking out for a start also for those ambitious to look out for internal career switches. Work-life balance is the utmost amazing part of JLT.

Dislikes

The hiring standards have gone for a toss in these two years. Also the focus is more on client and lil less on employees. Less scope of bonus as compared to previous years. Also, management share some partial battles within themselves. Haven’t seen much growth opportunities since 2016.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
