Jaquar Group provides a great work environment, but what truly stand out is our branch head Aug 24 . While Jaquar Group is a great company to work for, One major issue is that some seniors act as if they are the branch head , creating a toxic work environment, leadership isn't just about a title - it requires vision, management skills and the ability to support a team , but unfortunately, not everyone in a senior position possessesthese qualities. i honestly don't know what criteria the company follows for promotions, but at the very least ,there should be a valuation of whether a person actually had leadership abilities before making them a Head, giving the wrong person power results in harassment & negative work culture for those under them , since the company invests so much in growth & development , i strongly feel they should hire a psychologist to assess if someone is even mentally fir for a leadership role before putting them in a position where they can misuse there authority and ruin the work atmosphere. just because someone has experience doesn't mean they have the mindset to lead a team....Read More

Company was good in older day, till now health insurance and after death insurance is a good decision by manegement.

Working culture is totally depends on politics if you have any God father at your senior than you can manage other wise you social and personal life will be hell, The more work is required here, the more involvement there should be in politics.One person reporting to two people *one HOD and second branch head*. Hectic schedule meshed up with lots of process to manage and pass the levels to secure a sell from lead generation to deliver the material to customer. lots of meetings and explanation required, Full day busy to follow rules and regulations & you didn't get personal space between 10 to 7 PM
