Job security, salary on time & some good teammates.

Dislikes

Growth is too slow. Management does not value an individuals’ unique strengths. Work environment is full with politics, partiality and dimplomatic disicions at the time of appraisals which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Here is no MNC culture, no motivational plan & no employee caring. Policies are on the paper only. IT & applications are useless.

Jaquar Group provides a great work environment, but what truly stand out is our branch head Aug 24 . His supportive leadership , approachable nature & clear vision create a positive & motivating workplace , he values teamwork, encourages growth & ensure smooth operation, making him an exceptional leader to work with , proud to be part of his team.

While Jaquar Group is a great company to work for, One major issue is that some seniors act as if they are the branch head , creating a toxic work environment, leadership isn't just about a title - it requires vision, management skills and the ability to support a team , but unfortunately, not everyone in a senior position possessesthese qualities. i honestly don't know what criteria the company follows for promotions, but at the very least ,there should be a valuation of whether a person actually had leadership abilities before making them a Head, giving the wrong person power results in harassment & negative work culture for those under them , since the company invests so much in growth & development , i strongly feel they should hire a psychologist to assess if someone is even mentally fir for a leadership role before putting them in a position where they can misuse there authority and ruin the work atmosphere. just because someone has experience doesn't mean they have the mindset to lead a team....Read More

Company was good in older day, till now health insurance and after death insurance is a good decision by manegement.

Working culture is totally depends on politics if you have any God father at your senior than you can manage other wise you social and personal life will be hell, The more work is required here, the more involvement there should be in politics.One person reporting to two people *one HOD and second branch head*. If the tuning betweenHOD and branch head is good then it is fine otherwise you will never be able to justify your job, both the seniors will have such urgent requirements that you will not be able to understand whose work to do and whose to do first, here the verbal communication will be something and on mail it will be just opposite....Read More
