It's a company which does not care about it's employee's who are leaving.

Dislikes

On joining the company the take employee's sign on 3 yrs Bond and if employee's are leaving This company don't give there F&F. In the name of the bond.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
