I am working here last 2 years. Here is no work culture. No Banking holiday. Sunday also working. Our office time is 7 am to 3.30 pm . But Without any reason we are kept in branch till 8.30 to 9. Am. If any doubt pls check bank cctv footage. No job security. If protest you will be transferred very long distance. ( This is my review for WB1). I WANT TO GIVE 1 ⭐. PATHETIC SITUATION.

Everything. The whole bank is a scam. Never ever get into this bank. They give immense pressure to the employees and they are never happy with your work as well as they have unrealistic targets. They don't have any end time.

They change and department any time. My corporate Salary Dept is closed. I have joined just in 2 months completed. Than after My Department is Closed they transfer me to casa department

Janbank, everything is fine at the higher level. Salary and incentives are also good, there is no problem.

The working culture is very bad. Especially the behaviour of the branch head is very bad. Branch head treat employees like servents and he forces the employees to resign forcefully. Even after giving resignation they do not give relieving letter. Branches are open on Sundays in the collection part. HR listen to every branch head anddo not investigate anything from their side. No security in job currently credit work has been centralized and others activity has been outsource, We are working in delimana and searching for job. Because either we will be move to different department or places where we will not be comfortable, and at the end we have to resign.
