Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Company culture is very bad. No job security.

I am working here last 2 years. Here is no work culture. No Banking holiday. Sunday also working. Our office time is 7 am to 3.30 pm . But Without any reason we are kept in branch till 8.30 to 9. Am. If any doubt pls check bank cctv footage. No job security. If protest you will be transferred very long distance. ( This is my review for WB1). I WANT TO GIVE 1 ⭐. PATHETIC SITUATION.

HR is not strong , they are not having powers . Even work balance itself they are not handle . Work timing is 8.30AM to 9 PM . Even holiday also working . nearly 12 to 13 hours we are working . Even operation staff like teller and BOM go to the field during banking customer hours . it affect the customer service . Due to this pressure only operation staff also keep on switching the bank . Kindly control this . Every branch make teller and bom as Service only staff ..Then only Employee not think about switching Bank .
