There senior are not well trained not groomed as per their experience, only except 1-2 not more than the worst company for freshers as well as for experience. They seems supportive but there blend of dirty politics. The most toxic company you always feel frustrated. Note : this not about pressure because this always be there in other companies too

I've been with Jamtech technologies pvt Ltd for some time now, and here's my honest review: Work-Life Balance: ⭐⭐⭐ I appreciate the effort the company puts into maintaining a reasonable work-life balance, but there's room for improvement. Salary & Benefits: ⭐⭐ The compensation and benefits package could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Promotions / Appraisal: ⭐ Opportunities for growth and advancement seem limited, and the appraisal process could be more transparent and fair. Job Security: ⭐⭐⭐ I feel relatively secure in my role, which is reassuring in today's uncertain times. Skill Development / Learning: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the highlights of working here is the emphasis on skill development and continuous learning opportunities.
