I've learnt a lot in this company. It's a good company to lean for entry and mid level employees.

Dislikes

Appraisal process for females is not fair. I worked in this company for nearly 8 years, and always my manager kept mentioning that there are not many positions available for uplifting you. On the contrary my senior was given promotion every alternate yr even though he did the same work with no innovation. The company looks forward to having male employees at Agm Levels. One more problem is Management is assigned by Tata Steel and they are all on Tata Steel roll. Hence they are not concerned about JCAPCPL members and their pay packages....Read More
