Freedom to open up your thoughts, no sort of nepotism or other discriminative cultures, a good learning platform, appraisals are fair enough.

Dislikes

Will have to take complete responsibility with absolutely minimal or no workforce yet expect to deliver on time.other branches are quite good with a proper balance. If you are to join other branches consider yourself lucky.

Agriculture implement division is worse, senior level GMs doesn't have any business sense because they don't understand market and don't consider any feedback of the sales and marketing employee. They also don't know how to implement the business agri market. It was really a worse experience with Jamna Auto - Agri Division. Management should change GMs of all department in Agri Division. -low income pay -Rumours are spread about you by some people who might be at the same level of seniority as you -no vehicle transport like bus or something for company employees, you have to come by own means of vehicle and no compensation is given for it -HR department doesn’t care about your mental and physical health and won’t do anything if you report some kind of bullying or harassment happening in the work premises.
