Agriculture implement division is worse, senior level GMs doesn't have any business sense because they don't understand market and don't consider any feedback of the sales and marketing employee. They also don't know how to implement the business agri market. It was really a worse experience with Jamna Auto - Agri Division. Management should change GMs of all department in Agri Division.
