Agriculture implement division is worse, senior level GMs doesn't have any business sense because they don't understand market and don't consider any feedback of the sales and marketing employee. They also don't know how to implement the business agri market. It was really a worse experience with Jamna Auto - Agri Division. Management should change GMs of all department in Agri Division. It was good initially. But then due to politics and narrow vision of top management, working was really hard and disappointing.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
