In a span of 10 yrs of my working journey have not seen a Pathetic company like Jamboree is. Job security don't know why its rated that high every day counts with a uncertainty as you can be asked to leave at any moment of time. Have just to stick to plans outlined by top management not adaptable to new ideas and implementation, fewpeople of top management thinks they know your territory better than you, even if they are not aware of the capital of your state (Happened with me in one interaction). HR is a tortoise its been 2 years I left still haven't received my experience letter rest you can imagine. Except for student servicing, employee orientation has been tossed out of the window. It is a out & out hire & fire culture.
