Company Policy Very Poor, HR department very bad. Dislikes: 1. No system of work. 2. Its not Proper company. 3. Without intimation, they can fire you. 4. No vission & no planning for Future

There are some stupid people at Jalan Group. Terrible decision to join here. Salary cuts and abusives are normal here depending on the mood of HR department.

There is nothing to like about this company. Only their new head office at lands down tower minto park Kolkata which is decorated very nicely.

Dislikes

Everything is dislikeful here. One man indusry. Department created in every field but controlled by one. Very cheap mentality Donot go for their interview procedure. Its a totally fake structure. Some illiterate persons hold the higher management posts. Dont join if you have any other option.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
