If you have buttering skills your job is secure always.Appraisal is good per year because no-performance matters in this company.

Dislikes

Worst upper management,Egoistic employees,Most of employees are illiterate so there is very very few option of growth as they doesn't know about product knowledge,how to talk with customers even Vice President have this quality.Laziness environment,No interpersonal skills in employees.If you work good for the company someone is always poke his nose in your work and get let you down always.All this happen in Generator Department. Demotivated activities by management.Company's upper management is like tyrant.So I have a suggest don't spoil your precious career by join this company.Employees have designation but no power to do something positive.Many employees are placed same as they join this company...Read More
