There are limited learning opportunities but the higher management is very understanding and supportive. You will get very good work-life balance but the conveyance policy needs to be updated. Overall it will be a good experience.

Salaries need to be restructured and conveyance policy needs to be updated. In upcountry locations, the company lacks good working environment. Work life balance is good but there is limited career growth.

I handle two states and Service Engineers and Supervisors report to me. All the service activities like Installation, Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance, client visits are handled by me.

Nobody consider my work experience/ knowledge about electrical/ qualifications here... Carrier growth is very slow,,, No opportunity for learning Computer/ higher level,,,
