I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I like this company to handle the branch which Is on brough road as a branch head and deputy general manager in tha store i handle the company with joyfully now if they provide tha job by reliance i will be work with my full experience for this company
