centralization policy . and not to employee sanctification . monitory term is low .

As Assistant Administrator, am learning lot of things in this organisation like housekeeping, maintenance etc. Dealing with medical equipment, AMC CMC Maintenance, software development, Patient satisfaction & many more such things.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
