No work pressure, whatsoever. Salary is on time. Incentives are good and the appraisal is decent.

Student centred. The management insists that we give free attendance and marks even if the student does not attend a single class or internal exam. There is no question of failing students. No scope for learning. FDPs are less and the job is monotonous with no activities or fests. Need to keep following up on issues with the HR for your concerns to be resolved. Worst experience, highly internal politics. Jain is collab with hetic and mba esg both are worst institutions with terrible managers and staff. Unethical environment. Totally corrupt CEO and HODS. No job security, worst university.

I didn't like anything about Jain University.

Miles Education does the hiring for Jain University. They makes you false promises. The Kanakpura Campus itself is about 70-75 kms from major areas of Bangalore. They will mention in the offer letter that they follow one month notice period policy. However, when you will go to join the university, they will ask you to submit YOUR ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATES, WHICH THEY CLAIM TO RETURN AFTER SIX MONTHS. They will never mention this to you before you come to join the university. Dang!!! Once you go to join the university after traveling 1000-2000 kms, they try to make you submit your original documents, otherwise, they will not let you join the university.
