Growth as well as salary package is very low.

Travelling from one place to another is tough but I maintain but in every year transfer I am not satisfy from managment side.

Training & work environment & innovative ideas for features of irrigation technology and this technology used less water more production. And many more thing learning during job in marketing as well as at field level.

Salary & working expenses problem & very slow growth for employment as well as not motivational incentive , tour etc.
