Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair they give average salary hike and bonus not give complete.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is not given regular and career growth is poor.

The work pressure is less.. we can learn lot of things here and can increase of knowledge in dealer management and govt office .. The quality of product is too good.. the response from the farmers are excellent about the company.. whichs leads the satisfaction for employees towards the job..

The Travel and daily allowances are given but not on time.. it may be delayed for months .. And the Carrier growth is too low and the Increment is too bad.. the process is too slow i.e it takes Soo much long time to get our salary increased..

Delays in salary & increment process. Like first month salary you will get in third month, second month salary you will get in fourth month & not on a fix date. Though you have previous years of experience, HR will treat you as a fresher. You will face difficulties in clearance process.
