Nothing but the college timing. It is the only reason why people are working there.

It is the work institution anybody will ever work with. No respect given to the lecturers by principal and the management. No work ethics are followed by them.

As per my experience jain group of institution os one of the best institution for working and life security. management is good. Management is friendly with Employees like a familly. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The institution gives opportunities to the new comers and also gives training for career growth by conducting seminars and also encourages any new ideas and innovations.

Dislikes

I cannot discriminate or say 'dislike' since the department i have joined was upcoming and hence laboratory setup was just a drawback to it. But still students were taken to government laboratories to see how things actually work.

It was a way challenging for me and more to learn, explore and educate. I thank Jain group for giving me the opportunity and hence confidence for what i wanted to become.
