dislike working with FOFO outlets ..Because here is no any chance of growth and development.. no proper salary package all .... after working 12years I Have nothing to earn and saving ... due to low salary package .. No proper incentive plan

This job was quite interesting, i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to show my skill of good teamwork and that helped me to prove my self.

The work pressure us very high.working hour is also too much,management is not well .no facilities for employees,and exploration.
