The Small organisation with some limitations but adopts new technology for cleanliness in steel and improve in quality. Satisfaction in successful commissioning of LD Convertor. Making heat with low %P in steel (0.012).

Dislikes

The easy going organisation with slow growth. Less amount of man-power during commissioning. No appreciation of work after completion of LD.

Generally speaking ,My work is some what challenging to Commissioning LD Convertor with High %P & %Si. There are challenges on which we can easily take-over and commissioned early.
