I had worked with this company for a considerable period, and overall. It is good organization with great potential and a solid reputation. However, there are certain issues that need to be addressed, particularly concering the behaviour of few employees, such as Suresh Gorre, and Pandey. On of the key problem that I have observed is that both Suresh and Pandey are involved in Backbiting and gossiping about colleagues. This behaviour creates an unhealthy work culture, ending trust and morale within the team. Instead of working collaboratively these indivudual seem more focused on undermining others. A majour issue that I believe the management is not fully aware of is the way suresh and pandey are handling scrap. In their efforts to meet the company's requirment of scrap. they have been cutting full metal plates and presenting them as scrap, which misleads the management into thinking that they are properly handling the material. The mean time technical team is not able to handle it.
