It is amazing, the people are very friendly and welcoming in general, the work environment seems very warm and I've been working since over 4 years now and have learnt a lot thanks to the CEO who is actively involved in the teaching and development process of his employees.

Dislikes

Overall the management is nice, but if one wastes company resources and time, then they might be scrutinized thoroughly for the same.

Nothing to like but my colleagues were good...... could say, that was the only reason I could tolerate till the day I left

Following are the reasons to dislike : 1. Long pending bills which led to financial constraints , again on top of that the bargaining with the bill amount which was a never ending headache.... literally to get ur own money . 2. No middle management....so no body to coordinate with cause the boss wouldn't reply to ur calls or messages while ur at customer end but he would without doubt blame u for everything if anything goes wrong. 3. During covid we were told to give a self declaration in written that if u get covid + then the company is not liable. 4. No joining later even after working for so long . 5.The most stupid thing is working days calculation at the end of the month for salary, even though ur working 24/7 including Sunday's and even national holidays ....Read More

Other than money the lack of communication with that "guy" is like the biggest headache ....there is always an uncertainty.... there are a lot of other things but all the best to the future candidate's ... may God give u the patience to work there.

If u join there u would notice that the frequency of resignation is very frequent in service department.....it was not worth it .....guy didn't even clear my dues after I resigned so be careful with ur hard-earned money.
