There are many different units inside this company so that there is a lot of things to learn. along with more machinery items are available for learning.

There are plenty of machines and tools inside the company so that I got to learn a lot here.Inside it there are also m ore plants in different ways ,so that different things were learned.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't understand our issues.Salary is poor also career growth is slow.Even if you do good work,you do not get motivated,it always has to be subjected to criticism.

The job is quite interesting, initially struggled at the starting of time.Gradually I became very attached to the machinery and I started feeling good.
