It's a global giant and is a brand name in the E&C sector. Work standards and procedures are well defined. The company has a great safety culture.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The problem with the company is when you resign, then life becomes absolute hell and the company becomes outright unethical. This had happened with most of my colleagues who have resigned from the company. The HR will not give you a confirmed relieving date. I have a colleague current working in the company, whose relieving date has been postponed by a year, one to two months at a time.

Work was great. I was assigned on a good project and my reporting boss was a great person to work for.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
