Nothing much really. Good for people who want peaceful life without having to put much effort.

Many things, I'll try to list down a few of them -Arrogant manager -No/ minimal growth opportunities (unless someone is very good at a$$ kissing) -Way less compensation when compared to industry standard -No proper guidelines regarding promotion All the above points are only based on my experience in Project Controls

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
