The revenue is heavily based on Middle east projects and there will no work satisfaction in the role. It's a good company. But it's too big in hierarchy. Exposure to latest technology and global projects. Lots of events and organisations to engage in for networking.
Managers have worst attitude towards work culture. Even if client approves budget for overtime they will try to maintain the image of running an efficient team and not disclose the information to the team. Logging off on time is something to be felt guilty of.
