I joined in 1993,that time it was Humphreys &Glasgow, in 1996-99 it was taken over by Jacobs. Until the new management came in somewhere around 2014-15, the culture and work atmosphere was excellent, due to detoriation of work culture, i resigned in June 2018 after working for 25 years.
Personal grudge by the manager and not recognizing and rewarding the right person due to personal grudge.

The Work life balance is excellent. Its a haven for lazy, inefficient workers. Nobody speaks business language English. Engineers is speak in marathi and clients are happy with deficient output. Working for 1-2 hours per day and shamelessly charging 8 hours per day is firm benchmark.
Very poor hikes, rotten HR policies and Sir-Mam culture is encouraged at all levels. Lack of competitive resources. Labor lacks demographic diversity. Parking problems, No gym, No library, No reimbursements
