The company a well established group with all potential resources for business development. Originally it was a small trading company in Hong Kong and widened their horizon upto African countries. I was responsible for Middle East and African countries, handled Human Resource Development and General Administration to provide back office support for business development. The major business is Retail Operations and all employees used to receive best benefits of bonus and incentives based on annual profit. The company has a tremendous growth in line with the development of Dubai retail operations. The timings, most of the meetings and confidential discussions used to be held after office hours and the rest the policies/procedures and follow up were very good.

Work Details

Worked at Jacky's was a challenge and I fulfilled the entire expectations of top management and the work force. I was well recognized and the we used to call a family member of Jacky's. I enjoyed the annual get together on Diwali day was excellent.
