There is no job security and they fire employees without notice period.Minimum notice period should be given so that the employee can find another job. People who have come from far away places, what will they do if they suddenly lose their jobs?

Compony privacy policy is worst...Do not allowed cell phone , wrist watch in compony working areas. Compony work culture is worst. Need to wear apron & this is applicable for all workers, jr management ,Sr management Employees.Specially in JABIL JGP pune plant HR dept is worst in processing all activities. At the time of Employee exit they intensionally bother them.Not giving releaving,fnf on time .Experienced & skilled employees not getting worth of their knowledge in terms of pay as well in profile....Read More

Work life balance is poor at JABIL. Partiality will happens in work load distribution by shift leads.Mostly all shift leads engaged personal relationship with female contractual employee's. So u can understood how work load is distributed...
