👉 I resigning from job 1 year is about to happen. but didn't received my gratuity of 7 years. till date. I already sending 9-10 mail but no response from company end. Also talk with phone call they are everytime saying your bill is processing. So I don't know what can I do??? 😔😔 1.Company management is very bad. Always scares the employees. will be terminate from the job. 2. Carrier growth and Job security is zero. 3. No anual salary increment. Increment level is very very poor. ( I joining july 2012 that time my home take salary is Rs-7600/- . And jun 2021 my salary is Rs-11700/-. That means after working 9 years this company my total increment rupees is Rs-4100/- only....Read More
