Dear Candidate Never spoil the life in LALA type profit making company . This company CEO & M.D misbehaving with employees and abuse to lower level employees. CEO has spoiled the company system and he is very negative person. He always torture to engineer and Manager. He does not do any of his work own and never help to employee for any problem. This company is not safe for working lady. CEO is old but his mentality is very dirty for working lady.So please be alert before joining this type company and ask to old working employees. The company has six unit but company has no clear vision and mission . This company has no social welfare thinking only profit making is single goal by any means. Company never care to his employees. In this company already all old employees has left the company due to CEO & MD bad behavior. So Money is not important self respect is more important. If you are unemployed in current moment , search the another job and don't take risk with career to join this type of bad company. My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire HR and Admin work as a generalist. As long as i get to work like legal, compliance's, PMS etc, it will be a great learning experience.
