Although company have a gentle founder but manager over there is worse ever I have seen you can not stay for a longer-term, do not expect growth, the monopoly of one of the manager without even required skills. they never realized difference between marketing and accounting.

It is an option if you don't have even a single job, Strick to time, Sandwich and worse leave policy, Delay in salary pay, terrible place for female employee

The founders, collegues and management is very supportive. They have ample growth opportunities, the employee needs to be efficient enough for that.
