Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. As I joined as fresher the induction I had a unique and world class Induction, we visited not only JK Fenner Manufacturing plant but other plants under the umbrella of Jk Organization , I understood the SOP of each plant , this gave me a broad understanding of processes in each company. people in JKO are very caring and professional.

If you can be a good support for you reporting manager, you can grow pretty fast.

Dislikes

Old top management staffs are not upto new things or new ideas, always listening to one person who doesn't know the trends but influence in decision making on all the things. Increment and appraisal always based on seniority and age. Nothing matters the most.
