Company has good infrastructure, canteen, medical aid inside factory etc.

Dislikes

Not good for skill development for engineers. None of the engineers who have worked here or are working here prefer to work beyond 1 years. Average time spent by an engineer in this company is around 1.3 years during my tenure. No proper engineering work only clerical level work.

Work Details

This company expects engineers to do clerical level job. Like every day production data collection , raw material wastage report ,cleaning reactor and equipment. Engineers have nill scope of improvement of knowledge. Salary is lowest among multinationals

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
