I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

If someone is fighting for justice then it's the same even worst than man's management they will pressurize to settle down for defeat.

Dislikes

Their staff never want a teacher more qualified than them as all of teacher of millennium are from hindi medium or state board and mostly done from from correspondence so lack in academics.
