* Working at JD was a very good experience. * It has excellent infrastructure ( awarded for ) and a good natural environment. * Experienced faculty. * All things maintained and updated as students' need. * All time Appreciation (in terms of salary and promotion ) to an individuals honest efforts. * Disciplined institution at student as well as faculty level.

The work environment was good and the job security was there such as EPF cuttings.They used to give salary hike for every year.
