Collegial environment and flexible working hours through trust-based working hours. Work from home is available during COVID. J&F is best place to work, Diverse areas of responsibility with a focus on the future. Socially acceptable treatment for employees. Good working life balance.

Dislikes

Everyone has different wants and needs, But I like most of the things here. There is always a room for improvement in every place.

I am working as a structural design engineer at J&F Noida, I am focused & motivated for my tasks. As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

I think the working environment of J&F is always positive and very collegial atmosphere. Its 5 days working company and flextime makes everything easier. You should organize yourself well. Proper training provided & strong company, also for career changes. Proper communication, everyone gets the information they need to do a good job.

Dislikes

Sometimes you can feel under pressure if you are not done your work.

It's been 5 years working here, there is always something to improve. After all, one or the other meets privately. They give a high focus on the implementation of future ideas. Always open and transparent to employees.

You never earn enough. But the package fits here.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
