Although I should not bad mouth about my ex employer; however, this is how one feels when your boss shut's down one of his site on the heartbeat. From the scratch I saw this organisation's growth, there was no accountability, no appreciation for what me and my team mates have done. Financial they failed to compensate, work culture is pathetic.. Trust me B.tech, M.Tech Msc, Bsc lads are joining this organisation just to work for few penny.
